"I am already noticing changes, I am
happier, and good things have been coming my way. I try to get in 2
meditations/day, it is challenging but I try to make it a priority. Yesterday, I was driving to Hanover
and was feeling a little anxious so I pulled over into the conservation park
and sat in my car for 20 min to meditate. I felt so much better
afterwards, calm, and re-energized and could confidently handle the meetings
