CLASSROOM MEDITATION

More and more schools in Canada and around the world are making meditation and mindfulness training part of their school day.

Teachers, students and parents from a number of schools have reported that the introduction of daily meditation in some schools has resulted in a decrease of high-risk behaviours such as drug and alcohol abuse, sexual activity, vandalism, bullying, and general violence.

They are also reporting improvements
in academic performance, attitude, attendance,
and motivation.

I am available to instruct teachers on how to meditate twice a day, and how to incorporate this routine into their classrooms.

I am also available to teach directly to students
in classrooms of any size.
