More and more schools in Canada and around the world are making meditation and mindfulness training part of their school day.
They are also reporting improvements
in academic performance, attitude, attendance,
and motivation.
Teachers,
students and parents from a number of schools have reported that the introduction of daily meditation
in some schools has resulted in a decrease of high-risk behaviours such as drug and alcohol abuse, sexual activity, vandalism, bullying, and general violence.

I am available to instruct teachers on how to meditate twice a day, and how to incorporate this routine into their classrooms.
